At Pennwood Cyber, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants in our virtual events. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

Event Sponsorship & ParticipationAll virtual events are Pennwood-sponsored and designed for our students, Learning Coaches, and staff.
In some events, extended family members of Pennwood students, family members of Pennwood staff, or Learning Coaches may also be present.
Internet Safety & PrivacyYour safety and privacy are important to us. If you prefer, you may change your name in Zoom to maintain your personal security.
Please be mindful of sharing personal information during the event.
Respectful & Inclusive EnvironmentWe expect all participants to engage respectfully and follow Pennwood’s community guidelines.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
Accommodations & SupportIf you need any accommodations to fully participate, please let us know in advance. We’re here to help!
