At Pennwood Cyber, our staff is here to assist with attendance, academics, and engagement, but for any technical issues, it's best to contact Tech Support directly. They are available to help with device troubleshooting, system access, and other tech-related concerns. You can reach them by phone or email Monday through Friday to ensure your student's learning experience runs smoothly.

At Pennwood Cyber, caretakers and learning coaches are responsible for ensuring daily attendance by logging instructional hours through their Learning Coach account. This helps track your student's progress and meet state requirements. Consistent attendance is key to student success, so please make sure to input hours each day to keep your learner on track.

At Pennwood Cyber, our New Student Orientation and Onboarding process ensures a smooth transition for students and families. During orientation, you'll be introduced to our virtual learning environment, key resources, and school policies. With ongoing support from our engagement specialists, we make sure you have everything you need to start strong and stay successful throughout the school year.

At Pennwood Cyber, our school calendar features a 195-day school year, providing students with extended learning opportunities that set us apart from other schools. Our unique C-Term in March offers students the chance to explore career opportunities, participate in credit recovery, and engage in enrichment activities. This longer academic year allows us to offer a well-rounded experience that supports student growth and success.
